Adam Vicarel
Founder / Creative Director
Adam has a thirst for all things unknown. He is as much an artist as he is a designer. Specializing in hand-drawn lettering, typography and illustration, his work is used to develop humanist branding systems, packaging, marketing campaigns, and murals. Adam’s approach to creative problem solving and unwavering passion for treading the line between art and design has enabled him to craft provocative brands and artful experiences for partners such as NBC, Twitter, Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary, Sharpie, Lululemon and New Belgium Brewing. Aside from running VS, he is an ambassador for Lululemon, loves to run in the mountains, stumble through new countries, and chase donuts with whiskey.
Carly Salzman
Designer / Executive Assistant
Carly is a collaborative graphic designer and visual communicator who thrives in the world of hand lettering and typography. An integral part of Vicarel Studios since the Fall of 2019, her comprehensive skillset has enabled her to contribute to murals, brand systems, packaging design, and illustration work for. She loves seeing projects through from start to finish and expanding her design knowledge with every project.
